We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at atrapard@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU — 14-day right of withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at atrapard@gmail.com
